General Policies

Proof of purchase from Revamp Gear is necessary for all returns and exchanges.

You may return all new and unused products within 30 days of receipt for full refund, less the original shipping fee. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning items to Revamp Gear.

No returns will be allowed after 30 days, unless the One-Year Warranty applies.

Any item that has been purchased secondhand will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Any item that has been used, washed, or altered will not be accepted for any return or exchange, unless the One-Year Warranty described following applies.

Revamp gear is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third party companies such as USPS.

 

Limited One-Year Warranty

Revamp Gear products covered by the One-Year Warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing flaws and workmanship. Our products are handmade and may have slight variations that do not affect their use. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it or replace it, at our discretion. Only original and unaltered items will be covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
